Valid Refund Reasons: We acknowledge the following valid reasons for a refund:
- The received vehicle history report was empty.
- Duplicate charges for the same vehicle history report.
Invalid Refund Reasons: Refund requests will not be accepted for the following reasons:
- Inaccuracy or errors in the vehicle history report.
- Incomplete vehicle history report.
- Delayed receipt of the vehicle history report.

- Date of purchase
